As the smallest Securio model fit for businesses, the HSM B22 offers a high power, continuous duty motor for constant operation and zero downtime. The B22 accepts between 12-14 sheets at one time in the 9 ½" feed opening, creating 1/8" x 1 1/8" cross cut particles. The result: 517 confetti cut pieces for each sheet that is shred. These level 3/P-4 particles fall into the easy to remove, 8.7 gallon waste container. Although the shredder will automatically stop when the bin reaches full capacity, the user can also monitor shred levels through the inspection window. The induction-hardened solid steel cutting cylinder tackles not only paper, but also staples, paper clips, and even credit cards. Shred level is always visible through the inspection window, making timely emptying possible. This waste container holds up to 8.7 gallons and is extremely easy to remove and replace. Operation is halted when this container reaches full capacity and when this bin is ajar.
