This Portable/Mobile Hotspot is new in box. It works great with a manually configured SIM card, see picture for some instructions. I haven't tried with the Cloud internet service provided by the manufacturer and don't know anything about plans or country coverage.

However, if you have an extra SIM card with Internet access that you can use when traveling then this is a great solution. You can connect multiple devices to browse internet without paying a plan.

I have 10 devices NIB, I decided to keep one for personal use. I configured it and tested it without any issue. I charged the device couple of hours before using. Perfect to use for long drives so i.e. your kids can connect a tablet, Chromebook, laptop, etc.. without your phone getting drained. As per technical specifications, the battery last more than 10 hours buy I assume that depends also on the number of devices connected to the hotspot..
