Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Stock4less.com

 

1. Return Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

·       Be new, unused, and unworn

·       Be in the same condition as when you received it

·       Include all original tags

·       Be returned in its original packaging

·       Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with:

·       Your order number

·       The item(s) you wish to return

·       The reason for the return

·       Return instructions

·       A return shipping label when applicable

 

4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

 

Non-Defective Items

·       Returns for items that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee

·       The restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount

 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

·       No restocking fees apply

·       We will cover return shipping costs when the return is due to:

o   A defective item

o   A damaged item

o   An incorrect item sent in error

 

5. High-Value Items (Orders Over $1,500)

Due to increased fraud prevention measures:

·       Items with a value over $1,500 USD must be returned by the buyer

·       The buyer must purchase the return shipping label

·       Stock4less will refund the return shipping cost after the return is received
(the label must be purchased by the buyer)

 

6. Item Verification & Photo Requests

To assist with return, refund, and claim processing, we may request photos of the item before it is returned.

This helps us:

·       Confirm the item is unused and undamaged

·       Verify defects or shipping damage when reported

Failure to provide requested photos may delay or prevent return approval.

 

7. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

·       Defective

·       Damaged

·       Incorrect

Contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

 

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive another item is:

·       Return the original item

·       Once the return is approved, place a new order separately

 

9. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

·       Item must be unused and unworn

·       Item must have tags attached

·       Item must be returned in original packaging

·       Proof of purchase is required

This right exists in addition to our 30-day return policy.

 

10. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of:

Approval or rejection of your refund

If approved:

·       The refund will be issued to your original payment method

·       Refunds are processed automatically

 

Refund Timeline (Estimated)

·       Return transit time: 5–10 business days

·       Return processing: 3–5 business days

·       Bank processing: 5–10 business days

In most cases, refunds are completed within two weeks, though they may appear sooner.
