Can I update my address after my order has been shipped?
Billing and Shipping addresses can be changed or updated but must be completed before shipment. Due to our fraud provider, we're not allowed to make any changes to the address, after the order is shipped.

How long does my order take to ship?
Our orders are generally delivered to the Third-Party Carrier within 24 hours and our carriers aim to deliver within 2-5 days. International orders may take up to five days. It takes 1-2 business days to process local orders within the United States; 2-4 business days to process international orders. Most local orders gets delivered within 1-5 business days after shipping. For international shipments, delivery is anywhere from 3-10 days after shipping.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds are initiated in 1-3 business days once the return has made it to our warehouse and we can notify the Card Processor. Card Processors generally take 3-5 workdays to send the refund.

Received a damaged product (damaged in transit)
