The 2900E POE INTELLIGENT CLOUD TO EDGE is a device by Edgewater Networks that combines the functions of a SIP gateway, a router, a firewall, a VPN, and a PoE switch. It is designed for cloud-based communication applications that require PoE functionality to power IP endpoints, such as phones or cameras. It can support up to 12 PoE ports and 10 SIP accounts, and can also act as an enterprise Session Border Controller (eSBC).
