We ship worldwide. Please note that certain product and destination restrictions may apply.
A. Processing & Shipping Time
- Order Processing Time: 1 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- United States (Contiguous States): 2 to 5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.
- Europe / Worldwide: 8 to 15 business days.
B. Carriers Used
We partner with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery.
C. Shipping Costs
- United States (Contiguous only): Free shipping on orders over $150. (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.)
- Rest of the world: Shipping are weight-based and calculated according to carrier guidelines.
D. Split Shipments & Multiple Packages
Orders containing bulky or multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. As we ship from various warehouses across the U.S. and Europe, you may receive multiple deliveries.
E. Address Changes
Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Warranty, Returns & Cancellations
A. Product Warranty
- New items: Covered by a 1 to 5-year warranty.
- Refurbished items: Covered by a 90-days warranty.
B. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
- If we ship the wrong product due to a fulfillment mistake, we will accept the return and ship a correct replacement at no additional cost.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to customer-initiated returns where there is no product issue.
- Products returned damaged or unusable will not be accepted.
C. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled anytime before they are dispatched.
- If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy.
D. Damaged Packages
- If your package appears damaged on delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting our customer service.
- If the package was delivered without your presence and is damaged, please contact us immediately with supporting photos.
