You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note that any returns for items not defective, will incur a 15% restocking fee. Item with defects will not incur any fees whatsoever. 

Due to increased fraud, any items over the value of $1500 will need to be returned by the buyer. Stock4less will refund the return fees, but label has to be purchased by the buyer. 

To assist with refund and claim processing, we may request photos of the item you received before you return it. This helps us verify that the item is undamaged and unused, or to confirm any damage if applicable
